Perfect fit, exact dimensions as the original sights, Solid metal, could not be happier, Great for my week old eyes. I installed these sights on my new model super blackhawk.the one problem I had was that the front sight was different than the Hunter version of the super blackhawk and I had to also purchase the pin style front blade. But what a difference these have made on the pistol.just wish they had a combo set with the rear & front sight for the new model super blackhawk. New sights on my New Model Supper Blackhawk I am more consistant with the improved sight picture. I installed them on my 100 and they make for a fast target contact. These sights should come standard on the GP100. I just installed these sights on my wifes GP100, our eyes are not as crisp as they were 40 years ago, so the difference between the original black factory sights and the Williams Fire Sights is a huge improvement, she loves them !!! I had them mounted in less than 10 minutes, perfect fit, great product.
#Laser sights for ruger blackhawk 41 mag install
I installed these sights on the wifes GP 100 we loved them ,so I order a set for my Red Hawk but the original elevation screw has a built in spring loaded detent plunger that wont function with these sights so I could only install the front, had to leave original rear sight on the revolver, hense 2 star. I am extremely impressed with the sights. It’s one of easiest sight change outs I have done. It only took about 10 minutes to install both of them. The front sight has three protective bands for greater durability and bright sight picture. If I still lived where I had a range in my yard, I'd take it upon myself to learn my way around this rear sight, but I don't have that luxury.Click adjustable fire sight set for the Ruger® GP100®, Redhawk®, Super Redhawk®, Super Blackhawk® Hunter. I don't know specifically what happened to mine all I know is that 1) my sights moved several inches in a couple of weeks, causing me to miss a deer (though all is well that ends well she went home with me anyway), and 2) during load development I had a couple of weird groups that I attributed to leading or other gremlins, but maybe I was having sight issues and didn't realize it, and 3) I have S&W revolvers with adjustable rears that haven't moved in 20 years. I have heard of other people having issues with Ruger's rear sights on their blackhawks some people complain about loose adjustments, some complain about slop between the sight body and the slot it sits in others complain about easily broken blades. I adjusted them and for now they seem ok.

I picked up the rifle laying beside me and laid her and two of her friends out, but the miss with the pistol bothered me - so this morning I shot the Ruger at 30 yards, and found my sights were off ~4" or so, mostly high and a bit to the right. So yesterday I went back and shot at another doe - and missed her clean. 45 to the woods the other day and shot a doe with it I hit her a bit high, it seemed, and it bothered me a great deal.
